Packages will be shipped using HFD courier service. All packages are traceable with tracking information as soon as this is available.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

RETURN INFORMATION

Items purchased on yoooo.me are eligible for returns or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), you will receive your refund typically within 48 hours. We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or a different item please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), we will send a coupon code typically within 48 hours. With the coupon code you can order a different size or different item. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.
