Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time frames are impacted by your selected shipping method, and does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.
RETURN INFORMATION

You have the right to return any product you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item.

The product(s) must be unused with care labels and swing tag intact and still in the same new condition as when the product was received.

The product(s) must be returned inside the original brand packaging. Place the original brand package into a shipping box. DO NOT put any stickers, labels, tape, or marks on the original brand packaging.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return to be made.

Please note that we charge 5% or 100₪ (whichever is lower) cancellation fee for each returned product order cancellation.

YOOOO! does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

We do not cover the shipment costs or customs charges for returning your order.

EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or a different item please send us an email, once we receive the returned item(s), we will send a coupon code typically within 48 hours. With the coupon code you can order a different size or different item. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you received a damaged or defective product please contact us at support@yoooo.me, we will respond within 48 hours. We will find a suitable solution to make sure you will receive a new product in good condition.

CANCELLATION INFORMATION
